How long is the show?
One full show is approximately 52 minutes long and runs once per hour, every hour. You are welcome to stay for longer if you wish, unless you are attending the last show of the day.
How do the time slots work?
We sell tickets for show slots on the hour, every hour. We feel that this show is best enjoyed from start to finish, so we recommend that guests arrive on time to see the entirety of the show as intended. Latecomers will be admitted until 10 minutes past the allocated slot. Any later entry is at the discretion of the Duty Manager.

Opening Hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 10am-7pm (6pm last entry)
Thursday to Saturday, 10am-9pm (8pm last entry)
There is level access to the building with lift facilities to all levels. An accessible toilet is available on all 3 levels. By foot, there are 3 flights of stairs down into the show space, and 4 short flights of stairs to exit. There are baby changing facilities in our gender neutral toilets, located in individual cubicles. Baby changing facilities are also available in the accessible toilets.

We have Access Hosts at the venue who will be happy to support you with any specific needs you may have.
Calm Space
Lightroom has a Calm Space should you need it during your visit. This facility is for anyone who may need a space to decompress, pray, feed or calm a child. Please ask one of our Front of House Team who can direct you.
