HIGHLIGHTS
MORE INFORMATION

Your Beatles Liverpool Walking Tour begins in front of the gates of the Bluecoat building which is now an art center. Here you will meet your local Beatles Guide. On the tour you will visit the following attractions:

Beatles Statues – A statue of the Fab 4 strolling out towards the River Mersey. This Fab 4 ensemble was erected in 2015 and celebrates the 50th anniversary of when the Beatles last performed in Liverpool. They then headed off to conquer America and lead the British invasion over the pond! Liverpool Waterfront

Brian Epstein statue

Mathew Street – you will take a leisurely stroll down Mathew Street where the legendary Cavern Club is situated. The Beatles played here 292 times in the 1960s. The street is pedestrianised today so our guide will help you to enjoy this magic place with its many Beatles associations and attractions, including statues to John Lennon and Cilla Black and the iconic Cavern Wall of Fame and the 4 Lads Who Shook The World sculpture

Eleanor Rigby Statue – One of the Beatle’s most iconic songs. Eleanor Rigby is still an enigmatic figure in the annals of Beatles folklore – learn why and have a selfie beside Eleanor Rigby.

Hard Days Night Hotel

Liverpool Town Hall – This elegant Georgian building stands elegantly at the top of Castle Street. In 1964 the city council passed the resolution that confirmed the honor of Freeman of the City on the Beatles. If you are lucky we will be invited inside to see their names inscribed on the list of Honorary Freeman in the Entrance Hall.

Central Library where the archives tell the story of when John was introduced to Paul and everything began

Your tour ends either at Central Library if you wish to explore more in Liverpool’s Museum Quarter or your guide can take you back to Liverpool Cruise Terminal near Royal Albert Dock and the Historic Waterfront.
